High Pressure Laboratory Autoclave is used in research laboratories where high pressure, high temperature and stirring are required. It is available in 100 ml to 25 Liters capacity. Autoclave is designed to work under 100 Kg/Cm² pressure & 250º C temperature. Autoclave is made from S.S 316 solid bar stock. It has quick opening system and all standard accessories as given under & complete unit is mounted on trolley. This autoclave is ideal for Hydrogenation, Amination & such similar high pressure, high temperature applications. |

Temperature Alarm System: |
| |
| |
To prevent the accidents due to sudden rise of temperature resulting in uncontrolled rise of pressure (during runaway or exothermic reactions) With this system alarm temperature is generally set at temperature above the set temperature or at any other desired temperature at which the pressure reading is to be taken. When the temperature reaches the alarm set point, the buzzer rings along-with a flashing light to warn the operator against any abnormal pressure built up. After pressuring the alarm acknowledge button, the buzzer stops. The light remains ON until the actual temperature comes below alarm set point. |

PID Temperature Controller |
| |
| |
(For finer control of temperature) |
| |
| |
The Autoclave comes with standard time proportionate On/Off temperature controller. However for fine and accurate controlling of temperature, PID (proportionate integral and derivative) controller is offered which also controls the rate of heating and cooling. Finer controlling for different reactions can be achieved by changing integral and derivative values of the controller. PID controller with auto cooling system gives much accurate control of temperature. |

Pressure Control System |
| |
| |
(To maintain constant pressure within a predetermined range) |
| |
It consist of an electrical contact pressure gauge & solenoid valve. To control the pressure, set the required limits of pressure in electrical contact pressure gauges. When the upper limit of the set pressure is reached, the solenoid valve gets activated & it releases the pressure until the pressure drops to the lower set limit. At the lower limit the valve is de-activated thus preventing the pressure to drop further. Hence it maintains the pressure between the two set points. |

PresDigital Pressure Indicator and Controller: |
| |
| |
(For digital display of pressure & its control) |
| |
| |
It consist of a solenoid valve & a pressure transmitter to control the pressure & display the digital pressure output instead of analog output. It cannot be used in presence of ammonia & solvents. |

RPM Display |
| |
| |
(To give continuous digital display of rpm of stirrer.) |
| |
| |
For a DC drive the rpm indication is on the control panel itself and for a thyrister drive it is indicated on the inverter |
