Drying
oven is fabricated out of rigid angle iron frame with double walled
panels insulated with best quality compressed fibre glass and with
a rigid door fitted with strong hings and best choosen locking arrangement.
A control is fixed in front of the oven to facilitate the operation
easily. It has large working space and is available in good finishing
in synthetic enamel colour. Inner walls are painted with heat resistant
paint to resist temperature up to 300 degree |

| Description |

The
Drying ovens are electrically heated and thermostatically controlled.
It is fitted with timer to facilitate working day and night. Dryers
are well accepted for fast economical drying of powders, bottles
& other materials. |

| Air Circulation |

|
A
highly effective recirculating air system is provided. The filtered
air, heated electrically , is recirculated with fresh air in selected
proportions for optimum drying. Uniform air circulation, controlled
temperature , sturdy construction and large working space are the
valuables of the oven which is suitably designed to cover wide temperature
range . loading and unloading is faster and simple .In Higher capacities
trays trolley rolls in and out of the chamber. For continuous operation
a spare trolley can be had for loading while the drying cycle is
taking place. |

REICO
Spray dryers are relatively simple in operation which accept feed
in fluid state and convert it into a dried particulate form by spraying
the fluid into a hot drying medium.
Feed Atomisation is done
using High Pressure Nozzle, High Pressure Air, or Two Fluid Nozzles.
The heating method of drying air can be of either steam coils or
thermic fluid or Air Heater according to the service conditions
available. The hot air is distributed into the chamber from top
by an Air Disperser.
The fines produced is
taken out from the top/center along with air to a Cyclone Separator
& separated, final powder being collected at the bottom. Additional
systems like fines recycling into the chamber for agglomeration,
powder cooling, conveying , storage & bagging are optional. |

| Flash Dryers |

A
continuous flow of material is dried by contact with hot air while
being transported by the air stream. A single exhaust fan is used
to induce the flow of gas through the heater, up take pipe, horizontal
duct & duct collector separator. If required a cage mill fan
can be used as a lump breaker to disintegrate larger agglomerates.
For dust collection and separation cyclones or bag filters are used.
In a Flash Dryer, material is in intimate contact with the gas stream
for a very short time which makes it ideally suitable to remove
free moisture with a very small residence time. |

In
direct heat Rotary Dryers a continuous feed of wet particulate material
is dried by contact with heated air, while being transported along
the interior of a rotating cylinder, with the rotating shell acting
as the conveying device and stirrer.
REICO offers Rotary Dryers
in co-current (parallel) and counter-current operation. In the former
the wet material is exposed to the hottest air which enables heat
sensitive or sticky materials to be dried successfully. In counter-current
operation dried material is exposed to the hottest air helping to
achieve very low moisture content. The hot gases may enter at the
temperature of 1650ºC. |

Stream tube dryers is
one of the indirect heat Rotary Dryers, contain rotating shell,
rows of Steam Tubes arranged in concentric circles and extended
throughout the length of the Dryer.
Steam Tubes are designed
to transfer heat from steam to the material being dried. REICO offers
tubes with or without fins according the design specifications.
The tubes and radial flights together serve to agitate the material. |
