Reliance Instruments Corporation The vacuum autoclave / Sterilizer is designed for strilization of regulated bio- Medical Waste generated from the hospitals for destruction of bacteria and related organism. The equipment produced for bio-medical waste management operate in accordance with the specifications laid down by central pollution control board. The sterilizer is required to handle bio-medical waste of 10-100 kg/per cycle of sterilization is able to perform approx 5 cycles per shift of 8 hours in a day.

The equipment to treat medical waste shall be operated in accordance with the following minimum requirement specified by the pollution control board.  
         
Construction and Features  
         
The equipment is designed with low chamber floor height for easy loading and unloading.  
       
0.2 micron special filter is used for air to equivalise chamber pressure after drying.  
       
The chamber will have sturdy gasket capable to withstand double the operating pressure  
       
Control and monitoring system  
         
Microprocessor computer system and printer shall be provided for controlling and monitoring the sterilization cycle with real time printer with 18 column giving cycle progression each minute indicating stage of cycle ,Data ,Day, Load Identification number, temperature and pressure or vacuum ,errors and failures, unchangeable date and time record in during each cycle to avoid any tempering by operator
 
       
Fully automatic sliding door pneumatically operated with fully advanced programmable logic controller with 80 column full status recording printer.
 
       
Rapid Cooling Systems for liquids in bottles and PVC pouches.  
       
N .B the condensate left out with other residues will be fully treated for odorless.
